At The Underrated Bean, we take pride in delivering high-quality, origin-roasted coffee. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.


Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@theunderratedbean.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.


Order Concerns

If your order isn’t what you expected, we still want to hear from you. While we’re unable to offer returns or refunds, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to find a fair solution.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
